Shipping costs for t-shirts & tote bags are as follows:

  • United States - USPS First Class Mail
    • $3.25 for the first item, $0.75 for each additional item 
  • Canada - International Economy without tracking
    • $3.25 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item 
  • Canada - International Economy with tracking
    • $6.00 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item 
  • Worldwide - International Economy
    • $10.00 for the first item, $1.00 for each additional item

Shipping Costs

Badass Creatives and its parent company Malaprop LLC are based in New Orleans, Louisiana. All items will be printed and shipped directly from Printful's offices in California or North Carolina. Therefore, all Louisiana, California, and North Carolina customers will be charged sales tax.

International orders

I love my international customers! Please keep in mind that shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. You are responsible for any customs fees.

Shipping & processing times

For all t-shirts and tote bags, your order will be custom printed, just for you, so please allow some extra time for printing, processing and shipping. 

Your order will be sent out on average within 3-5 days of ordering. During peak holiday times, please allow extra time to ensure that your package arrives on time. 

Estimated shipping delivery times (AFTER THE ORDER IS PRINTED & PROCESSED!):

  • USA: 3-5 business days 
  • Canada: 5-10 business days 
  • World: 10-20 business days

Some items may be shipped separately. Any shirts and tote bags will be shipped directly from one of Printful's offices in southern California or North Carolina.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

Contact me before sending anything back to request a Return Authorization Number.

Items must be in their unused, original condition for a refund or exchange. Customer pays the return shipping. Shipping charges are non refundable.

If you have received an item that is broken or defective, please let me know and I will work with you to correct the situation.
